Food Service Support

In a James Cook University Examination of Links between Tourism, Tourist Expectations and the Importance of Seafood in Restaurants of the Cairns Region, it concluded that the perceptions held by both interstate and international visitors of the Far North as a holiday destination is of sunshine, the reef, rainforest and fine seafoods.

Tourists look for a Tropical Seafood Experience. Locals want to support their local community.

Queensland Catch is dedicated to support retailers and restaurants in merchandising and promotional material, product knowledge and training to increase sales of local Queensland Catch seafood.

Becoming a part of the Partnership Program will further enhance your establishment’s position as a dedicated supplier of local seafood products.
